The Harvard Kennedy School invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor beginning in the Fall 2022 semester. We are particularly interested in applied microeconomics (including both empirical and theoretical applications in development, industrial organization, labor, public, and urban), behavioral economics, econometrics (including machine learning), finance, macroeconomics and political economy. Qualifications include a Ph.D. (received or expected by June 2022), strong evidence of a commitment to research, strong teaching skills and ability to teach PhD-level microeconomic theory, and a demonstrated interest in public policy issues.
