Director of Compensation and Talent Acquisition

Elon University is seeking a Director of Compensation and Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for providing leadership and consultation in the areas of classification, compensation, and recruitment. The Director will serve as the leader and strategic partner to develop, implement, and provide ongoing evaluation of Human Resources programs that support the classification, compensation, and recruitment goals and priorities of Elon University. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in compensation administration.
