Mathematics department is seeking part-time instructor who can teach MAT 121, Probability and Statistics for the Liberal Arts. Topics include displaying data, numerical measures of data, elementary probability, discrete distributions, normal distributions, confidence intervals. (4 credits) This position is for the 8-week Session II, October 25, 2021 – December 17, 2021. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred Job Specific Qualifications

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and/or update a class syllabus.
• Prepare lectures, project and other student assignments.
• Present instruction based on the competencies and performance levels of the course.
• Meet during designated class periods.
• Grade student assignments and exams in a timely manner.
• Provide departmentally sanctioned forms for completing student evaluations.
