About the Opportunity:
The Marketing Automation Manager is a technically savvy, detail-oriented, resourceful and analytical digital operations specialist. This critical role is responsible for helping to oversee the marketing automation platform (Marketo) infrastructure and will be instrumental in leveraging marketing automation to execute campaigns and capture data across the entire marketing and admissions cycle.

Responsibilities:
He/She will utilize their business analyst skills to analyze, identify, design and implement business process models, monitor and maintain the overall health of the database, the integration between CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation systems, the business workflow/revenue model, API integrations, audience segmentation, targeting, lead scoring, user roles, and bulk imports of data.

Qualifications:
| Mastery of Excel and experience with reporting and data analysis | Strong analytical and critical thinker who can identify gaps, research solutions, implement plans, and assess performance | Familiarity with SQL or other database languages, and HTML, CSS, or other design languages | Experience creating process diagrams with Visio or other flow diagramming programs | A confident and proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to process and detail and ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects, including requirements gathering, design and project planning/management, in a dynamic, high-pressure environment | Communicator with proven ability to distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information for a non-technical audience as well as understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements | Excellent team player with cross-functional collaboration skills who is adaptable to changing market and organizational needs | Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative discipline (computer science, information technology, engineering, statistics, etc.) or equivalent experience | 2-5 years of marketing automation platform experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Pardot), Marketo experience preferred | Marketo Certification or other equivalent marketing automation platform certification | Proficiency and experience with Salesforce.com | Familiarity with current online marketing industry best practices and issues | Familiarity with agile development processes
