Job Summary:

This position provides administrative support to leadership in Physical Plant, a division of University of Wisconsin-Madison, Facilities Planning and Management, in support of unit goals.

Ensure the achievement of Physical Plant mission and goals at all levels, from senior leadership to entry-level support. Lead, plan, direct, implement, analyze, and support business, operational, and educational functions across the institution.

Manage, provide and support Physical Plant?s business and operational services and strategic leadership. Develop, implement and administer programs and policies. Provide internal and external customer service, including executive and administrative support. Perform cross-functional activities in budget, finance, information technology, facilities, human resources, student and academic services, and other areas.

1-5 years with experience supporting a leadership position within a fast-paced environment.
