Campus Events. Develop and execute an annual programming plan that engages the campus community in the formation of ethical leadership, which includes the Cecil B. Wright III Integrity in Leadership Lecture Series (one of the college's signature lecture series), topic-based panels, and other events.

Student Programming and Mentoring. Build and improve inclusive leadership development opportunities for students across the college community from diverse backgrounds and identities. Mentor and coach students to grow as leaders with integrity.
