The Criminal Justice Department in the L. Douglas Wilder School of Government and Public Affairs at Virginia Commonwealth University is recruiting applicants for Fall 2021 for possible teaching adjunct positions. The pool will be accessed as openings arise and the Program will contact persons in the pool whose credentials match our teaching needs. Your credentials will remain active for one year from this position’s posting date. After that time, if you are still interested in adjunct teaching, you must reapply to the pool. Note, we are unable to hire applicants who are not already in the pool.

Duties: Teaching courses as needed.
Must grade all assignments and exams in a timely manner.
Respond to students inquiries within 24 hours.
Submit finals according to school policy. Required Qualifications
Must have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or related field.
Demonstrated experience working in and fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and student environment or commitment to do so as an employee at VCU . Preferred Qualifications
