Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deeper understanding of our industry, value proposition, key messages, target audiences, and influencers
  • Manage content initiatives across all marketing channels including but not limited to email, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) and website
  • Develop and maintain robust and thoughtful content marketing and editorial calendars across all marketing channels
  • Coordinate and manage segmented email campaigns (drip/automated/lead nurture)
  • Coordinate and manage the development of thought leadership content (video and written)
  • Collaborate with University Marketing to maintain standards such as style guides, taxonomies, and content curation plans, etc. as needed
  • Coordinate and manage webinar and podcast programs as needed
  • Coordinate and manage client surveys and feedback initiatives
  • Partner with College of Business representatives to provide external/promotional communications and content development support as needed
  • Routinely monitor analytics and provide regular reports, data analysis, and recommendations for optimizing results
  • Monitor social comments across corporate channels and partner with Director of Marketing to respond and escalate when appropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Current graduate student in the College of Business
  • Experience with processes of graphic design, WordPress development, videography, and editing
