Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant is part of the Financial Services Department, which is responsible for the accounting, budgeting and financial reporting functions of the College. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position provides administrative support to the CFO and to the Financial Services Department.

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree
• Three years of related administrative office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ellucian/Banner
• Experience with SAP Concur
• Experience in a higher education setting
