JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior Coordinator will support the portfolio of college acceleration (including dual

credit) work across CELL, with emphasis on supporting and growing programming in the northern

portion of the State. The Sr. Coordinator will have some light responsibilities with cultivating new

relationships and work, but the bulk of their time will be focused on offering technical and logistical

support to high schools and dual credit providers.

Note: Remote-work is an option for a candidate located in the northern region of Indiana.





RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage multiple projects, tracking toward completion.
  • Offer technical support and industry-specific coaching and training. Meet with existing school-partners to perform an assessment, discuss goals and strategize methods for improvement / advancement.
  • Give presentations and organize meetings.
  • Collect data through interviews, on-site visits and researching documents & databases.
  • Follow the guidance and direction of supervisor(s).
  • Demonstrate respectful, ethical, responsible behavior.
  • Abide by the University’s policies, procedures, and rules.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, Graduate Degree Preferred
  • School administration certification preferred
