15 New Faculty Positions in the College of Education and Human Development

The mission of the University of Minnesota College of Education and Human Development is to contribute to a just and sustainable future through engagement with local and global communities to enhance human learning and development at all stages of the life span.

The enactment of this mission is what sets CEHD apart. As we embrace the challenge of becoming an anti-racist college and contributing to an anti-racist society, we are ready to support you as a tenured or tenure-track leader in meeting our mission of contributing to a just and sustainable future.  Our faculty continuously exceeds $40M annually in sponsored research and are supported by an infrastructure and culture that turns research into action, shortens the research-practice pipeline, and finds avenues for real-world application. The college builds partnerships locally, nationally and globally to ensure our faculty’s work leads to improved health and education outcomes for all. With over 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled, CEHD faculty engage with future leaders across seven academic departments in the heart of the Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses.

We have repositioned our college to bring in 15 cutting-edge, field-shaping researchers, at least half of whom will be supported by endowed chairs and professorships. We seek a cadre of bold thinkers to join our 150+ tenured and tenure-track faculty members to “...contribute to a just and sustainable future” and we welcome the opportunity to consider your application as your desire to join us in our constant and tenacious pursuit to improve the human condition.
