Compensation and Benefits

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $3064 - $3250 per month

Full classification Salary Range: $3064 - $5148 per month

  • This is a full-time (equivalent to 40 hours per week), probationary, non-exempt position.


The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 14 paid holidays a year. Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the Dean of Library Services, supports the administrative functions of the library, including, but not limited to: set-up and use of library rooms and spaces for events, workshops, meetings and exhibitions; providing support for the acquisitions unit; providing administrative support for the directors.

  • Learn and apply detailed knowledge of applicable university and library infrastructure, policies and procedures;
  • Provide excellent customer service;

Education and Experience

  • Completion of a high school diploma, technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with three years of related office work experience.

The Henry Madden Library is the intellectual hub of Fresno State, where we encourage discovery, inquiry and learning in order to empower our 25,000 students.
