Eckerd College invites applications for the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Specialist. The mission of the Office of Inclusive Excellence is to ensure that Eckerd's College Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) is embedded throughout all aspects of the college and its operations. The Office of Inclusive Excellence is charged to provide vision, leadership, and support to the college as it works to achieve its goal of being a welcoming and caring campus where all members of the Triton community feel a sense of belonging. Embedded within this goal is ensuring the success of our students, faculty and staff. The ideal individual must be committed to a student-centered philosophy and engagement practices, and be a strong collaborator with the ability to effectively facilitate training for colleagues to support DEIB efforts throughout the campus community.
