Position Summary:

Provides administrative support to leadership at the Nelson Institute for Environmental Studies. Utilizes discretion and operates with minimal supervision.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

High School Degree

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

3 years of previous professional experience in an administrative assistant/support role required.

Preferred Qualifications include:
- Experience providing direct administrative support to professional and/or executive level employees
- Experience preparing, formatting and/or editing written materials using Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Cloud platforms (e.g. BOX, Google Docs)
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines
- Experience working in higher education
- Experience in project planning and operations improvement

Additional Information:

Starting salary will be commensurate with applicable experience.
