· The Director will engage fully in the life of the Honors College, participate in Honors College events and activities including admissions processes, and maintain an office and regular presence in the Honors College throughout the calendar year.

· The Director will support the teaching mission of the Honors College, by instructing one course serving Honors students each academic year.

· The Director will actively collaborate with other units in Undergraduate Education, Academic Affairs, Student Life, and across campus to further Honors Scholars success and academic enrichment. The Director will work with University Advancement, Honors College staff, and the Dean of Undergraduate Education to expand alumni connections and engage in philanthropic efforts, alumni development and donor relations, to benefit current and future Honors Scholars.

· The Director will participate in budget development and oversight with Honors College Administrative Director and Dean of Undergraduate Education, Academic Affairs and Office of the Provost staff and oversee regular assessment and continuous improvement of the Honors College operations and academic mission.
