Position Summary:

The Copy Shop Manager is responsible for the management of the Chemistry Fast Copy Center operations, including timely print order completion, equipment maintenance, and management of financial receipts and expenditures. This position develops policies and procedures, provides subject matter expertise to customers, and supervises student workers to ensure timely and high quality reproduction and printing services for customers.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Previous experience in these areas is required:
--Operating and maintaining print shop equipment
--Performing independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
--Using communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
--Using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis is required.
Ability to walk and/or stand up to 8 hours per day is required.

Previous experience in these areas is preferred:
--Applying policies and procedures to financial transactions
--Coordinating, processing, and tracking financial transactions
