The University of Findlay invites applications for a full-time 12-month faculty appointment to begin January 2022 in the Diagnostic Services Department within the College of Health Professions to aid in the administration, instruction, coordination, documentation and supervision of students in our dynamic Nuclear Medicine Technology and Master of Science in Radiologic Sciences programs. Rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications.

The most qualified candidate will possess a doctoral degree. All eligible candidates must possess certification in nuclear medicine technology and a license (or license eligible) in the state of Ohio.  Applicants with a master’s or a bachelor’s degree plus experience meeting the University’s guidelines for professional equivalency to teach at the undergraduate level may be considered. Experience in Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging and/or x-ray procedures, supervising/teaching, and scholarship are preferred. Candidates must be able to travel large distances for off campus site visits. 

The candidate must possess strong communication skills and a desire to work with students in a university setting that prides itself on providing close relationships between students and faculty. The University of Findlay assumes responsibility for assignment of faculty to courses and committee assignments, student advising, and input for curriculum planning. The rank and salary are commensurate with qualifications for the position.
