The Organization & Management area at Goizueta Business School of Emory University invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position. We are primarily interested in applications at the rank of Assistant Professor, but will also consider outstanding candidates at the rank of Associate or Full Professor. Candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree or have their dissertation defended by August 2022.

The primary responsibilities for each position include research, teaching, and service activities for the academic discipline, business school, and university. Our ideal candidate should have demonstrated competence in applied data science in research (including Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence) to address research questions in strategy, entrepreneurship, social networks, and business and society. Special consideration will be given to individuals that can teach in the school’s current Masters of Science in Business Analytics program and the newly launching Masters of Science in Analytical Finance program. Our ideal candidate will engender a climate that values diversity in all of its forms by contributing to the diversity and excellence of our current faculty through their research, teaching, and service.
