This position will assist in all aspects of donor management, solicitations, communications, and campaign management. Qualifications
Bachelors’ Degree and 3+ years of related experience. Job Specific Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office products, and University advancement systems
  • Ability to strategize, prioritize and multi-task to meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
Support the Senior Associate AD/Exec. Director of Athletics Advancement with the execution of special events and donor communications.

Assist with design and distribution of various annual solicitations, which include parent, Former Student Athlete, lapsed and long term lapsed, end of year and direct mailers. Collaborate with AEA to represent Athletics in the following campaigns: Forever Orange Week, Thank-a-donor day, Class Act, Mark Your Mark, Boost the `Cuse (Staff Giving Campaign). Implement effective and manageable acknowledgment program for varying giving levels.

Communicate and build rapport with diverse group of letter winners, patrons, coaches, administrators, and key constituents. Assist in the design and implementation of strategies for cultivation and solicitation leading to closing of major gifts for SU Athletics. Research best practices in former student-athlete and young alumni soliciting and gift. Submit data retrievals and appeal requests to Engagement Systems colleagues.

Allocate donor benefits. Steward donors with away games, which includes but not limited to making reservations, escorting donors to stadium, and working with specific sports offices. Coordinate replica tax return receipts for Athletic constituents upon request. Receive donations and submit for gift processing. Collaborate with Box Office and Preferred Seating personnel for season and complimentary ticket requests for home and away games as well as special events/groups.

Maintain databases stored in G-Drive. Manage gear inventory for the ‘Cuse Athletics Fund. Support ’Cuse Athletics Fund special events with check in and operations. Physical Requirements Tools/Equipment Application Instructions
