About the Position
The candidates will assist the Law Admissions department with
conducting admissions interviews for applicants of the 2021-2022
admissions cycle. There are three open part-time positions.
What You'll Do
- Review applicant files.
- Conduct remote applicant interviews via Zoom, Google Meet, or
- Summarize interview and file review notes and enter them into
the admissions online database.
Nice to Haves
- Bachelor’s degree and J.D.
- Must be a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School from within
the past four years. Preference will be given to graduates from the
past two years.
- Must have a laptop computer and access to reliable wifi.
- Must have a mobile phone with the ability to make domestic
- Must have the ability to honor and work with all identities and
individuals, particularly those who are underrepresented in the
country and/or at Lewis & Clark.
- Experience using Zoom, Google Meet, and VCita is preferred,
though not required.
- Experience working in law school admissions is a plus.
- Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, seeing
- Part-time flexible schedule, approximately 10-25 hours per
- Depending on interviewer availability and preference, hours may

Eligibility to Work
In order to comply with US Homeland Security Department
regulations, all employees must complete an I-9 form in Workday
prior to or no later than the first day of work and bring originals
(no photocopies) of their supporting documentation to Human
Resources no later than the 3rd business day of employment. Failure
to have a completed I-9 form on file with the College will result
in immediate termination of employment.
