Spring Hill College, a Jesuit, Catholic, liberal arts college, invites applications for full-time faculty position in the Division of Business starting in August 2022. A Master’s degree from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited institution required, doctorate degree from an AACSB or ACBSP accredited institution is preferred, with a focus on marketing, management, entrepreneurship, or strategy.
The ideal candidate will be able to teach a variety of undergraduate and graduate level courses, both in-person and online, in entrepreneurship, innovation, strategy and social entrepreneurship. Other teaching assignments in management, marketing, and/or strategy are possible based on candidate qualifications.
Spring Hill College is located in Mobile, Alabama, which is a rapidly growing midsize market with a developing entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our partnerships with regional institutions, combined with our expanding program offerings in Entrepreneurship, create unique opportunities for faculty to develop challenging and practical course experiences.
