Digital Marketing Manager

Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Marketing, the Digital Marketing Manager (Managing Assistant Director 3) manages digital enrollment marketing initiatives and related digital communication for Kean University across multiple marketing channels. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing and implementing digital enrollment marketing plans; managing social media for enrollment services areas; managing Chatbot; utilizing all available means of technology and platforms to advance the mission of the University and the Division of Enrollment Services; creating policies and procedures for these areas; and does related work as required. This position requires travel and a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience in a marketing-related environment is required, preferably in an institution of higher education or other related field. Master’s degree and three to five years of professional experience in digital marketing and experience with admissions and enrollment services in higher education is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
