Director - INST Data Analytics and Reporting

Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) seeks to fill the position of Director - INST Data Analytics and Reporting. The Director - INST Data Analytics and Reporting is located in the Academics and Student Affairs Department. This is a full-time position.  This position is open for recruitment.  

REPORTS TO:
Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education:

• Master's degree in a specialization involving social science, higher education, social or educational research, psychology or related a related field. 

Required Experience:

• A minimum of two years of data analytics and reporting experience at a community college or university.

The Director of Data Analytics and Reporting performs the College's data analytics and reporting functions in addition to assisting with planning, assessment and related institutional effectiveness activities, projects and initiatives in ways that are consistent with the College's mission, values and vision. The work of this position is highly collaborative and integrated with academic and operational departments across the College. The Director of Data Analytics and Reporting works collaboratively with the Director of Planning and Assessment to ensure that institutional research functions are completed in a timely manner. The Director of Data Analytics and Reporting is cross-trained to serve as the primary backup to perform the duties of the Director of Planning and Assessment, when necessary. Reports directly to the Vice Chancellor for Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Initiatives.
