Job Description

The Student Disability Services Center is seeking a part time Office Support Assistant II. This position will support the administrative operations of the reception desk and serve as a Proctor. The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the front desk with reception duties and greeting students and guests of the Student Disability Services Center.
  • Perform administrative support for the office.
  • Provide information and assistance to students.
  • Proctoring exams in one on one and group settings, providing specialized acommodations to student for the exam, and maintaining exam security.
  • Assist in coverage of the office as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must maintain confidentiality
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor even when dealing with difficult situations


Full Time/Part Time

Part time, non-benefit eligible

Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week as needed, and be available during weekdays

Salary

$10.45 - $11.12/hour
