Be yourself and start your career here. Help us build a better Brockport! Job Summary: SUNY Brockport, is accepting applications for a Diversity and Inclusion Program Coordinator. Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO), the Diversity & Inclusion Program Coordinator will be a forward-thinking and dynamic professional with the ability to support large-scale culture change initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a committed advocate for the advancement of diversity, and a champion who fosters positive and inclusive learning and work environments. The successful candidate will support college priorities and values, including community engagement, excellence and transformation, specifically ensuring collaboration across departments and inclusive excellence. The desired candidate will be essential to college-wide efforts focused on “Building a Better Brockport.” Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree by time of appointment from a college or university accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or an internationally recognized college or university.
  • Direct experience in at least one of the following fields: diversity and inclusion, organizational development, or higher education.
  • Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience presenting to, and facilitating conversations with diverse audiences
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university or internationally recognized accrediting organization
  • Experience implementing programming that includes educational awareness, training, and facilitation of organizational development initiatives.
    Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Salary and Benefits: Minimum Salary $50,148, May be benefits eligible; more information at Careers@Brockport.
