Position Summary:
Administrative Coordinator provides support services for educator preparation accreditations and may include other college accreditation responsibilities. The Coordinator will provide direct assistance to the Director of Educator Preparation Accreditation and the administrative leadership in the college. The Coordinator also provides direct supervision of student workers and/or graduate assistants. Services provided include written communications, event and resource management, data management, scheduling, organization, and coordination of meetings on behalf of the College of Education & Applied Human Sciences.


Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.

Minimum Experience:
One year of responsible clerical, customer services, and secretarial and/or administrative support is required.

Job Functions:
In collaboration with the Director of Educator Preparation Accreditation, the Administrative Coordinator will manage the operational activities of the program; set priorities; establish and assign priorities; ensure schedules are maintained and deadlines
Communicate with internal and external partners and college leadership to provide information and coordinate activities.
Gather and input research data for accreditation purposes.
Support the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned
