Job Summary/Basic Function:
Position performs secretarial and clerical duties at the department
level; interacts with students and provides them with BIS
information. Also works with the Director and Asst. Director to do
administrative work related to Interdisciplinary
High School diploma or equivalent.
Two years full-time related experience.
Moderate to high levels of computer experience including database,
word-processing, spreadsheets, and web-based technologies.
Experience with and knowledge of Weber State University
policies/procedures, WSU’s graduation requirements,WSU’s software
systems (Banner, cattracks, Pawplace, etc) and a proven record of
being a collegial team-worker.
