Job Summary/Basic Function:
Primarily responsible for management of online survey software (Qualtrics) and Sona Systems and other participant panels. Other responsibilities include designing and maintaining online surveys; composing training materials; providing in-person training to faculty and students; enforcing departmental workflows and policies regarding the assignment of required research participation credit for Introductory Psychology students; compiling departmental assessment data; and other duties as directed.

**This is a pooled position. Applicants are selected from the pool as positions become available. After a period of time, the pool will expire and applicants will be notified.

Required Qualifications:
Major in Psychology with GPA of 3.5
Prefer completion of PSY 3600 or PSY 3615/3616

Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the use of logic/conditional formulae.
Skill in working independently & following through on assignments with minimal direction. Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures. Ability to analyze complex technical data such as using logic and quantitative reasoning. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with faculty, staff and students.

This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.

Walking and standing only occasionally if ever., Light work. Exerting up to 20 lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs of force frequently and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Use of arm and/or leg controls exerting forces greater than that for sedentary work.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
