This position helps coordinate and lead pre-event set-ups and post-event load-outs for Carrier Dome events. The position also provides technical and mechanical support during events. Other duties include basketball court and field preparation, receiving deliveries, etc. This position is also critical to the snow storm roof preparation and snow/ice removal. Qualifications
2+ years of experience and working knowledge of building systems, air-supported roof operating mechanics, audio and visual equipment, and staging. Must be well versed in customer service engagement, problem solving, and leadership. Job Specific Qualifications
3+ years of working experience in sports/entertainment venues. Extensive working knowledge of air supported roof systems. Knowledge of NCAA / ACC athletic competition requirements. Setup, maintenance, support and upkeep of Fieldturf fields and basketball courts. Understanding of event planning, setup, execution, and breakdown. Responsibilities
Coordinate and assist with pre-event set ups and post-event load outs for all scheduled events. Assist with the supervision of production staff in order to successfully complete tasks. Assist with the setup and breakdown of audio and lighting equipment

Per promoter (i.e. concert, monster jam) specs set up facility / field level. This includes setting chairs, pipe and drape, carpeting and staging. Field preparation for Commencement, Convocations, New York State Field Band, etc.

Provide production and technical support during events which includes; equipment troubling shooting (basketball hoops, goal posts, etc.), event area cleaning (basketball court, turf, etc.) and stage set execution

Perform daily maintenance and organization of storage areas on non-event days. Assist with the leadership of day crew. Complete assigned tasks in preparation of upcoming events
