DIRECTOR – ACHIEVE ACADEMY
The Monmouth Ocean Foundation for Children (MOFFC) in
partnership with Brookdale Community College is seeking an
innovative, dynamic, motivated leader to serve as the Director for
the Achieve Academy for Adults with Autism Day program. This
individual will work collaboratively with the MOFFC Board of
Trustees and its designees to design an adult day program that
includes job placement and coaching, life skills development,
related services programming, and other support services that will
enhance the lives of the adults served.
Doctorate preferred; Masters’ degree required in social
work, psychology, special education, or human services.
Demonstrated leadership experience working with persons with autism
(preferred), developmental disabilities, or similar populations.
Demonstrated experience with development, fundraising, and
community outreach. Knowledge of Monmouth County and Ocean County a
plus. Demonstrated leadership experience with recruitment, hiring,
and evaluation of staff. Demonstrated experience with job coaching,
transition planning, or other related programming preferred.
Candidate must be highly organized with ability to multi-task and
possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Experience with program, curriculum, or business development is a
plus. Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis
Annual Salary to be determined based on experience and
