Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders, within the
Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences.

Professor of Speech-Language Pathology (tenure-track) in
Communication Sciences & Disorders.

Baylor University and faculty in the Department of Communication
Sciences & Disorders seek a dynamic researcher and educator to
fill this Assistant Professor of Speech-Language Pathology
beginning August 2022.
Qualifications include a history of excellence in research,
mentoring, and teaching and a Ph.D. in Communication Sciences &
Disorders or closely related area.
Preference will be given to candidates with a Ph.D. in
Communication Sciences & Disorders with expertise in autism
spectrum disorders and an active research agenda with strong
potential for external funding. Also preferred are ASHA
Certification (CCC-SLP) and eligibility for Texas state licensure
in Speech-Language Pathology.
The position entails responsibilities that include teaching a
doctoral level course, maintaining a visionary, collaborative
research agenda and engaging in departmental, university and
professional service. The successful candidate is expected to
establish a nationally-recognized independent research program with
potential for extramural funding and engage in collaborative
Salary and Review
Date: Salary is commensurate
with professional experience and qualifications. Applicants
