Position Summary:

The Milwaukee All of Us (AoU) Program Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing and updating a community outreach and engagement plan that successfully leads to recruitment and enrollment of diverse Milwaukee residents into the AoU research program. The Program Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including understanding the national AoU program requirements and standard operating procedures, ensuring AoU team members in Milwaukee meet necessary AoU program training requirements, and overseeing a team of individuals providing engagement/recruitment/enrollment/retention. The Program Manager will be responsible for providing monthly and quarterly engagement and enrollment updates on milestones, and reporting on these to the CCE Director, and the AoU Milwaukee Assistant Director.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience required in related area
- At least one year of experience in data collection
- Experience working with African American and other communities of color
- Experience developing positive relationships with key community leaders, service providers, policy makers and other local stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in computer skills including professional working knowledge of, but not limited to, Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, database, and virtual collaboration clouds

Prefix assignment determined by years of relevant work experience.

License or Certificate:

Travel is required. Must provide own transportation or a valid driver's license and eligibility for Car Fleet usage is necessary.
