Job Summary: This position develops, implements, reviews and maintains integrity and accuracy of student records by providing detailed research, technical support, and independent decision making. This position requires a strong understanding of policies, processes, and FERPA compliance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree and 3 years experience.*

Hiring Range: $41,365 - $51,706

Job Specific Task List:

1. Coordinates the relationship between Banner and Recruiter in regards to application processing; maintains batch decisioning of admissions applications in Recruiter; including duplicate application detection and resolution, troubleshoot and resolve application issues. - (Essential)

2. Manages required application related documents for record integrity and accuracy; including receipt of high school transcripts, maintains the supplemental submissions for immigration and guest student course approval forms. - (Essential)

3. Processes address verifications and corrections; verifies and corrects discrepancies with student types, majors, and catalog terms; processes student record updates; including change of names, address and contact changes, change of majors, confidentiality forms. - (Essential)

4. Leads the applications and data creation for Work Force Development Title IV programs; maintains, and updates the technological advisor assignment process. - (Essential)

5. Assists students and staff with all general admissions application and processing questions; including admission requirements, documentation verification, and next steps. - (Essential)

6. Responsible for verifying documentation and processing for multiple measures; including input and review of high school transcripts, assess required GPA and course requirements, assign and input all test codes in SOATEST; trouble shoot all multiple measure issues. - (Essential)

7. Manages the admission@hacc.edu email address and assists with the start@hacc.edu email address and enroll@hacc.edu email address. - (Essential)

8. Provides guidance and troubleshooting for faculty, students and staff with problems related to records and registration; maintains data and system integrity by conducting audits; review and update data through imports and exports; research and reconcile data discrepancies; respond to and troubleshoot CRM user, data, and system issues. - (Essential)

9. Manages, monitors, and orders office supplies. - (Essential)

10. Assists/back-up for the student services team in regards to accuracy of enrollment data for reporting; runs various reports and updates student enrollment status and campus; runs reports for Clearinghouse and audits; runs Visa status inconsistency reports; updates student records from in-state to out-of-state for expired Visas and communicates with students for updated documentation; processes missing concentration reports and communicates with advisors and students, processes change of major inconsistency report and resolves inconsistencies. Performs manual processing of registration, change of majors, and change of status forms. Correct and update discrepancies for financial aid purposes. - (Essential)

11. Performs functional testing of enterprise application upgrades related to student services, recruiter, argos and other third-party system testing; assists with functional processes training; Serves as a liaison with HACC's information technology professionals; assists with college-related projects regarding gathering and verifying data; collaborates with college committees, and advises the Registrar and Associate Registrar, Student Services in establishing short and long term plans; assesses effectiveness and efficiency of processes; ensures compliance with College policy, and creates an environment responsive to the needs of the office's constituents. - (Essential)

12. Collaborates with the Associate Registrar, Records & Graduation on updating student duplicate PIDMS, record clean up for audit purposes. - (Essential)
