Working independently, under general direction, the incumbent
provides administrative and technical assistance to the Director of
Early Outreach and Support Programs ( EOSP ), the Associate
Director of EOP, the Project Director of SSS, and the professional
staff in three separate EOSP units. This includes the Educational
Opportunity Program, Student Support Services, and the Foster Youth
Program/ PATH Scholars, in addition to approximately 30+ student
employees. Responsibilities include maintaining budget records,
fiscal oversight and budgetary analysis, payroll preparation and
oversight, and providing lead work direction.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Incumbent must possess:
- Mastery of English grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Expertise in using office software packages (e.g. Microsoft
Word, Excel, and Outlook), technology and systems.

infrastructure, policies, and procedures.

Required Education and/or Experience
This position requires a fully functional knowledge of and skill in
standard office procedures and practices, as well as an ability to
understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures.
These qualifications, and those listed above, would normally be
obtained through completion of a high school program,
technical/vocational program, or their equivalents combined with
four years of related office work experience.

appointment of at least three-quarter time, hired to work a minimum
of 130 hours per month over the course of the appointment or works
an average of 130 hours or more per month during the measurement

only. ACA does not provide dental or vision plan coverage.
