This is a full-time benefits-eligible position. Provide administrative support for the Human Resources office at the University of Central Missouri in the areas of daily human resources operations, benefits, leave coordination. and front office supervision. This position maintains contact and communication with various stakeholders to ensure programs are administered according to applicable policies and procedures in support of Human Resources staff. Associate’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Computer Skills Word-Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, Desktop Publishing, Web Page Maintenance, Other - Banner experience Experience
Three years customer service/office-related experience required.
Two years bookkeeping and/or basic accounting experience required.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Office is required.
Experience working with confidential information is required.
Familiarity with Banner or ERP solutions preferred.
