This position is a public service faculty position responsible for supporting the development and delivery of business training programs directed to individuals, businesses, and groups interested in business development in Georgia. Additional responsibilities include assisting the state office and area offices with the pursuit of partner organizations, grants and sponsorships to support delivery of these programs. Duties/Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities
Help develop, administer, deliver, document, and evaluate the comprehensive business training programs implemented throughout the state to meet the needs of Georgia entrepreneurs and existing businesses. Assist in reporting to sponsors and funding sources as necessary. Percentage Of Time Duties/Responsibilities
Work directly with the Director of Continuing Education in the design and delivery of innovative business training programs that are responsive to the needs of the business community. Asist in the implementation and expansion of online programming. Keep abreast of adult education trends and various learning media. Analyze competitive environment and consider cost and time effectiveness of potential new offerings. Percentage Of Time Duties/Responsibilities
Identify internally or externally developed training programs that meet small business needs and support organizational goals with the potential for multi-office or statewide delivery. Emphasis will be on programs serving target markets and established/professionally managed small businesses.

Percentage Of Time Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate with the digital marketing manager and local offices to guide marketing efforts for statewide and local office CE programs including print, web, email, and other electronic media. Work with SBDC staff and outside marketing service providers, as requested. Percentage Of Time Duties/Responsibilities
Serve as instructor/facilitator of training programs as needed as well as provide guidance to consultants in presenting specialized state-wide programs.
