Under the close direction of the Department Administrator, prepares
and advises on general financial transactions and reconciles
transactions. Creates general reporting on transactions. Maintains
financial records, provides administrative processing support, and
provides customers service for staff and customers in an assigned
program area to support program financial management.
With nationally recognized online degree programs, short courses,
certificate programs and more, UW-Madison's Office of
Interdisciplinary Professional Programs in the College of
Engineering continues to be a pioneer in continuing education.

Schedules for 1st shift positions are primarily 8 hour shifts,
Monday through Friday, set between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm.
Some flexibility may be available start/end times. Will be adjusted
for 60% FTE. Schedule will be determined upon hire.
