As a part of the Continuing Education Division, the Coordinator,
Contract Training Sales works in collaboration with the Continuing
Education staff, division deans, and academic department chairs to
develop and implement comprehensive educational solutions to meet
the needs of business, industry, community, and governmental
entities. The position reports to the Associate Dean, Continuing

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Education, or related field; three
(3) years or more experience in sales, developing workforce
training programs, or related experience. The candidate must have
robust communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Five years experience developing workforce training,
sales in a higher education environment, experience with
instructional design, and Andragogy.

• Selects, assigns, orients, trains, and evaluates the performance

College on changes/revisions necessary to ensure College compliance
with regulatory rules, regulations, and issues.
