Job Summary/Basic Function:
NOTE: Position will be filled as a Custodian I (grade N21), Custodian II (grade N22), or Custodian III (grade N23) depending on candidate qualifications.

Position cleans classrooms, lab rooms and offices of assigned building on the campus.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic computer literacy.
Basic understanding of general custodial work.

Preferred Qualifications:
Basic custodial skills, including- restroom care, carpet & floor maintenance, window/glass cleaning, trash/recycling, chemical knowledge/understanding, and safety compliance.

The annual salary for this position will be at least $28,000 and will go up from there depending on candidate qualifications. The position comes with a generous benefits package. Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision: Required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, food services,) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard, inspection).
