Position Summary:

Reporting to the Program Support Manager, the Program Associate will work with office Practice, Program, and/or Academic Directors and cross-functional Education Support Services (ESS) teams to coordinate multiple tasks and projects, providing excellent administrative assistance as they schedule logistics, coordinate event assets, communicate with registrants, work to resolve issues, and maintain work unit templates and internal process documentation.

Required:
- Experience managing electronic calendars and coordinating meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written communication
- Experience providing administrative assistance in a professional office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:
- Experience with UW event systems and processes

Work Schedule:

Schedules for 1st shift positions are primarily 8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, set between the hours of 7:30am - 4:30pm. Some flexibility may be available start/end times. Schedule will be determined upon hire.

This position requires some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Hybrid work is through December 31, 2021 presently.
