Brief Statement of Duties

Brief Statement of Duties:

Teach a range of courses in Human Resource Management and Project Management at undergraduate and graduate levels. Other responsibilities include advising, program development, outcomes assessment, scholarship, and service activities. The College of Business is AACSB accredited, and ongoing professional development is expected.

Minimum Qualifications

Required Education:

Doctorate or equivalent terminal degree

Discipline / Degree Area:

Business Administration/Management

Required Specialized Training/Certifications:

Assistant Professor applicants must have a Doctorate or terminal degree from an accredited university. A focus on Human Resource Management and Project Management is preferred. Must have a conferred terminal degree official transcripts one week prior to the commencement of the appointment/contract start date. Applicants are required to be and maintain qualifications according to prevailing AACSB standards.

Some university level teaching experience.
Classroom experience, distance learning, online teaching experience.
Knowledge and familiarity with learning management platforms and diverse course delivery methods.
