The E. Craig Wall Sr. College of Business Administration at Coastal Carolina University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Management to start in the Fall of 2022 or potentially earlier depending on candidate availability.  
 
The position includes responsibilities in both teaching and service. Teaching responsibilities will include introduction to business/management courses in addition to one or more of the following management electives: human resources management, international management, leadership, or entrepreneurship. Teaching expectations are typically five courses per semester and may include face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online delivery. In addition to teaching responsibilities, the position will also involve service engagement within the department, college, and/or university, including advising undergraduate students and contributing to assessment of student learning outcomes.   

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in business or management from an AACSB accredited institution or in a related field.  Candidates should have the expertise and experience, significant in duration and level of responsibility, qualifying them to teach one or more of the following topics: introduction to business, principles of management, human resource management, international management, leadership or entrepreneurship. Relevant professional experience must be current at the time of hiring, and the successful candidate will be required to maintain his or her professional qualification. 

Applicants must have abilities, skills and enthusiasm consistent with teaching excellence and instructional innovation.  Evidence of effective collegiate teaching experience is preferred.  Candidates must have the ability to interact effectively with colleagues in the department, college, campus, community, and professional organizations.
