The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry to begin August 2022. A PhD in Chemistry is required. Successful candidates will be prepared to teach General Chemistry courses, Analytical Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, and upper-level courses. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in professional development and service to the university as well as the community. 

Pitt Greensburg values candidates with a commitment to undergraduate teaching, experience in working with diverse groups, and the ability to involve undergraduates in research. The application package should include a letter of application, a current curriculum vitae, a description of teaching accomplishments and philosophy, a statement of research, research plans involving undergraduates, graduate and undergraduate transcripts, and letters of recommendation from three professional references (include their names and contact information in your CV). The letters of recommendation are required to be submitted by the references, via the email address provided with the request. The successful candidate will be expected to teach 100% in- person on campus.
