The Vice President for Enrollment Management provides leadership to advance the university’s Catholic and Franciscan mission by executing a strategic enrollment management approach to meet or exceed the university’s enrollment goals.  The Vice President for Enrollment Management reports to the President and manages a team responsible for recruiting and financing full-time and part-time students (undergraduate, graduate and online). 

Comprehensive knowledge of university financial aid administration and more than seven years of proven success in a competitive student recruitment environment is expected.  Top candidates will possess outstanding written, interpersonal, team-building, analytical and resource management skills. This leader will demonstrate knowledge of modern student recruitment challenges and will have experience working with leaders across the institution to develop strategies that will support all enrollment priorities.  Experience with prospect management recruitment techniques and the use of technology in marketing and recruitment are critical attributes of this role. This innovative and visionary leader will demonstrate an ability to plan, strategize and formulate policy with a talent for assessing operations and budgeting effectively and efficiently.  A master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Knowledge and understanding of student-athlete recruitment at the Division I level is preferred.
