This position will assist the Director of Audience Services and the
Box Office Manager in the successful day-to-day activities of the
Campus Arts Ticketing Box Office (both at the Memorial Union and
remotely throughout campus). As a mentor, this position guides
student box office clerks and Patron Services Managers (student
supervisors who act as a liaison between the box office and front
of house operations for all performances in the Wisconsin Union
List of Duties
