Assistant or Associate Professor in Labor Studies and Employment Relations
Rutgers University, School of Management and Labor Relations, has
one of the world’s leading faculties in the field of Labor
Studies and Employment Relations (LSER). The LSER Department
is soliciting applications for a tenure track position at the
assistant or recently tenured associate professor rank.
Current assistant and associate professors, as well as new PhDs,
are encouraged to apply. Area of specialty is open. We are seeking
a broadly trained scholar who is an excellent researcher, and
who will be expected to teach both graduate and undergraduate
courses in the field of Labor Studies and Employment Relations
and contribute to the continuing education program of
the department. The appointment, which is dependent on
funding, is expected to begin September 2022.
Candidates must possess a Ph.D. or other terminal degree
(DBA, JD, LLD, EDD) in Employment Relations, Industrial
Relations, Sociology, Economics, History, Political Science,
Anthropology, American Studies, African American Studies, Latino
Studies, Gender Studies, Business, or a related
discipline.
