Primary Function

IT Technical Associate I ( IIRC Software Systems Developer)
IIRC Systems Developers work in small Agile teams (directed by Systems Architects or Systems Specialists in conjunction with a Project Manager) on the development and maintenance of application software (typically web-based) that are required as part of IIRC’s strategic partnerships.

Minimum Required Qualifications for this position

1. Master’s degree in computer science, OMIS, education, or a related field AND two (2) years of development experience using Microsoft . NET Framework 4.6 or later or . NET Core
OR
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, OMIS, education, or a related AND three (3) years of development experience using Microsoft . NET Framework 4.6 or later or . NET Core

Specialty Factors (Additional Required Qualifications)

Education and Experience Preferred

Master’s degree in computer science, OMIS or a related field and one or more years of professional experience in object-oriented programming, preferably in C# and ASP . NET . Professional experience in data visualization, especially of educational data, preferred. Professional experience developing systems for Microsoft Azure strongly preferred.
