The primary purpose of this position is to support the business
(fiscal) operations of the Cooperative Extension Program, including
purchasing and accounting. This position more specifically assists
with duties associated with purchasing, equipment inventorying,
tracking/monitoring expenditures, reconciling accounts, and other
general office procedures.
The position will serve as specialist as it relates to purchasing
goods and services using federal, state, grant and other
discretionary funds and tracking expenditures and reconciling
The employee will utilize Banner, Aggie Mart, MS Excel and other
software and technologies to carry out the functions as identified.
The position will generate and prepare regular fiscal reports using
Banner, MS Excel, and other software as needed by supervisor.
