Enrollment Coach (FT)

Position: Responsible for recruiting and advising students primarily at North Platte Community College, as well as other MPCC locations. Responsible for outreach to potential students and marketing programs and the college in our 18-county service area and beyond. Extensive travel required during peak recruitment seasons. This position will also advise students on program and transfer degree requirements and assist with recruitment events on and off campus.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. MPCC consists of three main campuses, one located in McCook, Nebraska and two located in North Platte, Nebraska. Additionally, there are community campus sites in Broken Bow, Imperial, Ogallala and Valentine with satellite classrooms located throughout the Area. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, while a combination of post-secondary education and work experience is recommended. Applicants should have a general understanding of Community College systems and knowledge of advising. Position requires extensive travel during peak recruitment seasons.
