Academic Records Specialist (FT)

Position: Mid-Plains Community College is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, team player with great computer and customer service skills. This position provides support for Registration and Records, Academic Advising, and provides support for students in the transfer-in and enrollment processes. Responsibilities for this position include: data entry, records management, student support, customer service, and serving as a member of the McCook Campus Welcome Center team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s degree or two years of experience in higher education preferred. Computer skills required and a combination of education and experience will be considered. Good organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, perform detail work accurately, time management to effectively handle multiple responsibilities, strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to be discreet.
